Metlifecare 7 Saint Vincent has superior accommodation that allows for completely independent living. If you would like some assistance, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Apartments
There are 81 generously appointed apartments to choose from, all private and secure. You have the choice of spacious one bedroom, two bedroom or two bedroom plus study apartments, many of which capitalise either on garden views or north facing sun.
All apartments have garaging and are within easy walking distance to village facilities and gardens. Elevators and lifts throughout the village make access and mobility easy.
You live with complete independence, and remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance.
Serviced Apartments
We have 12 high quality one bedroom serviced apartments designed for people who value their independence but enjoy having easy access to additional support and care services.
Our experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it. There is no need to be lonely, as all our serviced apartments are within easy walking distance to village facilities - you can make full use of them whenever you like.
Short Term Care Accomodation
If you require a short term accomodation option that offers care and hotel-like services, then this is your perfect choice.
Cost
Serviced apartments start from $390,000 for an Occupation Right Agreement, apartments from $600,000. See our fee structure for more detail.
