Somervale has a range of accommodation choices that allow for completely independent living through to hospital care. This gives couples the chance to stay close should their needs be different.

If you would like more assistance in your villa or apartment, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.

Villas

We have 83 one or two bedroom villas, some come with a conservatory, and they are all easy walking distance to the community facilities.

Serviced Apartments

We have 11 serviced apartments, all are spacious studios and offer independent living with easy access to additional support and care services.

Serviced apartments are within walking distance to village facilities, so you can make full use of them whenever you like.

Experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it.

Hospital

There is a 40-bed hospital, offering 24 hour care in a safe and comfortable environment. The hospital is in the same complex as our serviced apartments and near to the villas, so partners can visit easily. Our trained staff care for you with dignity and respect.
