Villas

We have 160 villas, most with north–facing living areas and generous single garages that can also accommodate an office area if desired. You can choose from one, two and three bedroom villas. Many have their own garden that they tend to themselves, although we can take that over if you wish.

It’s a short distance to visit neighbours or use our recreational facilities. You live with complete independence, and remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home. 

Apartments

We have 53 Palms apartments that either look out to sea or to the Kaimai Ranges. They all vary in size, with most having two bedrooms and 3 with three bedrooms, plus a large ‘penthouse’ apartment on the top floor. All have garaging and are within easy walking distance to village facilities and gardens.

Serviced Apartments

Our Phoenix Court serviced apartments are the newest homes in the village. There are 16 with one bedroom and one with two bedrooms.

Serviced apartments have a mobility access en-suite, a living room and compact kitchenette. There is no need to be lonely, as all are within easy walking distance to village facilities - you can make full use of them whenever you like. 

Metlifecare serviced apartments are designed for people who value their independence but enjoy having easy access to additional support and care services. 

Our experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it. 

Cost

Serviced apartments start from $235,000 for an Occupation Right Agreement.

Independent two bedroom spcaious apartments start from $345,000 and large villas from only $375,000. 

All apartments and villas are fully refurbished and include carpets and drapes.
