Accommodation & Cost
We have a range of accommodation choices that allow for completely independent living through to hospital care. This gives couples the chance to stay close should their needs be different.
Villas
We have 131 Mediterranean-like villas with two or three bedrooms and garaging. The village is on flat ground so it's easy to get from your front door to all our community activities. You live with complete independence, and remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Serviced Apartments
We have 50 serviced apartments designed for people who value their independence but enjoy having easy access to additional service and care packages services. We offer one- and two-bedroom apartments, within easy walking distance to village facilities, so you can make full use of them whenever you like. Our experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Hospital
There is a 30-bed hospital, which offers 24 hour care in a safe and comfortable environment. They are close to our other accommodations, so partners can visit easily. Our trained staff care for you with dignity and respect.
Cost
Villas start from $265,000 to $340,000 for an Occupational Right Agreement, and serviced apartments start from $170,000. See our Fees Structure for more details.
