Metlifecare Crestwood has a range of accommodation choices that allow for completely independent living through to rest home care. This gives couples the chance to stay close should their needs be different.
Villas
We have 121 one or two bedroom villas; all very comfortable and finished to a very good standard.
Our villas are all easy walking distance to community facilities.
While you remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, we take care of all the outdoor maintenance. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Serviced Apartments
We have 10 studio serviced apartments and 4 one bedroom apartments, all with ensuites. They offer independent living with easy access to additional support and care services.
Our apartments are situated walking distance to village facitlities, so you can make full use of them whenever you like.
Experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Rest Home
We have a 41-bed rest home which offers 24 hour care in a safe and comfortable environment. As it is located in the village, partners can easily visit. Our trained staff care for you with dignity and respect.
Cost
Villas start from $280,000 for an Occupation Right Agreement, and Serviced Apartments from $200,000. See our Fee Structure for more details.
