Kapiti is unique for a Metlifecare village in that the living arrangements do not include built in emergency call systems or visiting health professionals. You can, however, arrange for your own medical alarm units and visits if you wish. In addition, we can provide several levels of care in all types of accommodation should you ever need it. Services include:

Household services including cleaning, laundry and meals

Nursing services in your home
If you qualify for government assistance to pay for care, you can still apply for it while living at Metlifecare Kapiti.
Taking time to understand your needs means we can deliver an independent retirement lifestyle that suits you now and into the future, and there is seldom any need to move.
Household services
If you no longer wish to do household chores or laundry or make your own meals, you can obtain these services no matter what accommodation you have chosen to live in.
Nursing services
Should you require nursing services, we can provide them in whichever type of accommodation you have chosen. We have the experience to ensure that you maintain your independence for as long as possible in your own home.
