When you live at Kapiti Village you have the choice of townhouse, villa or duplex villa, all allowing for completely independent living.

Townhouses

We have 3 one bedroom townhouses and 10 two bedroom townhouses, all with garaging and close to village facilities, so feel free to use any of the facilities at your leisure.

Villas

We have 28 duplex villas joined by garaging, all with one bedroom plus study. Many of these attractive villas have their own beautiful gardens and trellised courtyards.

Our 184 single dwelling villas are set out like any other quality residential street with plenty of space to enjoy inside and out. We have 63 two bedroom villas and 121 two bedroom plus study villas, all with garaging and easy walking distance to our recreational facilities.

In all our villas you live with complete independence and remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance. You can tend to your own garden if you wish or just sit back and relax and we'll take care of it for you.
