Accommodation & Cost
Metlifecare Oakwoods has a range of accommodation choices that allow for completely independent living through to rest home and hospital care. This gives couples the chance to stay close should their needs be different.
If you would like more help in our villas and serviced apartments, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Villas
We have 92 one, two or three bedroom villas, all with garaging and most with lovely big gardens. Villas are comfortable, nicely appointed and easy walking distance to community facilities.
You live with complete independence, and remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance.
Serviced Apartments
We have 46 one or two room serviced apartments. Studio apartments have a very large room with all you require, while the one bedroom apartments have a separate lounge with kitchenette and a bedroom with bathroom.
All offer independent living, but enjoy having easy access to additional service and care packages. Serviced apartments are situated close to the rest home and hospital, and walking distance to village facilities. so you can make full use of them whenever you like.
Experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it.
Rest Home & Hospital
There is an 18-bed rest home and a 30-bed hospital, both of which offer 24 hour care in a safe and comfortable environment. They are in the same complex as our serviced apartments and near to the villas, so partners can visit easily. Our trained staff care for you with dignity and respect.
Cost
Villas start from $275,000 for an Occupation Rights Agreement, and serviced apartments from $170,000. See our Fees Structure for more details.
