Metlifecare Pakuranga has a range of accommodation choices that allow for completely independent living through to rest home care. This gives couples the chance to stay close should their needs be different.
If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Units
We have 18 one-bedroom units and 49 two-bedroom units. Whether it be building material or having an internal access garage, all our units come with some degree of difference. All units are one level dwellings, 15 are upstairs units with either lift or chair lift access. All are nicely decorated and have easy access to our beautiful gardens.
Our units are all easy walking distance to community facilities. While you remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, we take care of all the outdoor maintenance. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Serviced Apartments
Metlifecare Pakuranga has 16 one bedroom, and 2 two bedroom, serviced apartments, offering independent living with easy access to additional support and care services.
Our apartments are all within easy walking distance to village facilities, so you can make full use of them whenever you like. Experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it.
Rest Home
We have a 60-bed rest home offering 24 hour care in a safe and comfortable environment. It’s close to other accommodation, so partners can visit easily. Our trained staff care for you with dignity and respect.
Cost
Units start from $250,000 for an Occupation Right Agreement, Serviced Apartments from $180,000. See our Fees Structure for more details.
