Metlifecare Pinesong has three types of superior accommodation that allow for completely independent living. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Villas & Townhouses
Our 100 villas and townhouses are spacious, with a choice of two or three bedrooms, generous living spaces, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Park your car right outside your front door, and walk just a short distance to visit neighbours or use our recreational facilities. You live with complete independence, and remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance.
Apartments
Private and secure, our 232 beautifully appointed apartments have two or three bedrooms, generous living space, a designer kitchen and easily accessible bathrooms. There are a number of apartment blocks to choose from, all with garaging, and within easy walking distance to village facilities and gardens. Some have spectacular views of the harbour. Elevators take care of the stairs if you wish. You live with complete independence, and remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance.
Serviced Apartments
We have 27 high quality serviced apartments designed for people who value their independence but enjoy having easy access to additional support and cafre services. Our experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it. Serviced apartments have one double bedroom, with mobility access en-suite, a living room and compact kitchen. There is no need to be lonely, as all our serviced apartments are within easy walking distance to village facilities - you can make full use of them whenever you like.
Cost
Serviced apartments start at $199,000 for an Occupation Rights Agreement, apartments $265,000 and villas/townhouses from $385,000. See our fees structure for more detail.
