Metlifecare Powley has a range of accommodation choices that allow for completely independent living through to rest home and hospital care. This gives couples the chance to stay close should their needs be different.
Cottages
We have 46 cottages, with pretty English gardens and serviced by three large multi-garaging spaces. The village is small so it’s just a stroll away from neighbours and recreational facilities. You live with complete independence, and remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Serviced Apartments
The village has 34 serviced apartments designed for people who value their independence but enjoy having easy access to additional service and care packages.
There’s no need to be lonely, apartments are all within easy walking distance to village recreational facilities, so you can make full use of them whenever you like.
Experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it. If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages. delivered to you in your home.
Rest Home & Hospital
There is a 6rest home beds at Metlifecare Powley and a 39-bed hospital, both of which offer 24 hour care in a safe and comfortable environment. They are close to our other accommodations, so partners can visit easily. Our trained staff care for you with dignity and respect.
Cost
Cottages start from $200,000 for an Occupation Right Agreement, Serviced Apartments are priced from $215,000. See our fees structure for more details.
