The Poynton has two types of superior accommodation that allow for completely independent living. If you would like assistance, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home.
Apartments
The Poynton has 140 stylishly appointed apartments. All two- or three-bedroom apartments have spacious dining and living areas, a modern kitchen with quality appliances, two beautiful bathrooms, a laundry and a balcony. If you are seeking long range views, court yard views, sea views, lake views, morning sun or afternoon sun then one of our two or three-bedroom apartments is bound to meet your needs. All apartments have undercover garaging.
You are responsible for household tasks while we take care of all the outdoor maintenance, leaving you more time to enjoy our extensive recreational facilities and social activities.
This is independent living at its very best.
Serviced Apartments
Many of our serviced apartment residents ask themselves: “why didn't we make the move sooner?” That's because our 15 high-quality one-bedroom serviced apartments are designed for people who value their independence, but enjoy having easy access to additional support and care services. Our experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it, and all outdoor maintenance is taken care of by Metlifecare. All our serviced apartments have a double bedroom, with mobility access en-suite, a living room, motel-style kitchen. There’s no need to be lonely, as you are within easy walking distance to village facilities, and can make full use of them whenever you like.
Cost
