Metlifecare Wairarapa has a range of accommodation choices that allow for completely independent living through to rest home and hospital care. This gives couples the chance to stay close should their needs be different.
If you would like more help, we offer a range of service and care packages delivered to you in your home no matter what accommodation type you live in.
Villas
We have 10 one bedroom villas, and 46 two bedroom villas; all are nicely decorated and have cheery gardens.
Our villas are all easy walking distance to community facilities. While you remain responsible for your own household tasks and meals, we take care of all the outdoor maintenance.
Serviced Apartments
We have 25 one bedroom serviced apartments, offering independent living with easy access to additional support and care services.
Serviced apartments are walking distance to village facilities, so you can make full use of them whenever you like.
Experienced staff are close by for added security and assistance should you need it.
Rest Home & Hospital
We have a offer rest home and hospital level care,, both in a safe and comfortable environment. They are in the same complex as our serviced apartments, and near to the villas, so partners can visit easily. Our trained staff care for you with dignity and respect.
Cost
Villas start from $180,000 for an Occupation Right Agreement and serviced apartments from $90,000. See our Fees Structure for more details.
