There's always something fun to do with the other residents at Metlifecare Wairarapa. We hold morning and afternoon teas, exercise classes, game nights, van outings, billiards, monthly dinners and happy hours.
Residents have their own theatrical group, the 'Met Vets' who act, read poetry, sing, play the piano and even the kazoo. The place lights up on these occasions and everyone enjoys it thoroughly.
After all that excitement, you are welcome to retire to the heated indoor swimming pool and spa pool to recuperate and relax.
Most of our residents are local people and involved in many hobbies, community projects and nearby recreational and sporting interests. Closer to home you can enjoy a range of village facilities that are handy no matter what accommodation type you live in, there is no time for boredom.
