Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Edgewater Village New One-Bedroom Apartments Promotion (the Promotion). Your entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

1. The Promotion is open to new residents applying for apartments 113, 117-121, 218-221, 313 at Edgewater Village (participating apartments).To qualify, you will need to apply for a participating apartment between 1 October 2023 and 20 December 2023 and settle in full by 31 March 2024.

2. We will provide you with a $12,500 Cash Back. A cash back of $12,500 will be shown on your settlement statement as a credit from Metlifecare.To avoid doubt, the cash back is not a discount on
the purchase price of the participating apartment. If the ORA is terminated within 12 months of the settlement date for any reason, you authorise us to deduct and retain an amount equal to the cash back from any amount refundable to you under the ORA.

3. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time.

4. The Promotion is not available to existing residents of Metlifecare villages and cannot be used in connection with any other discount,
offer or promotion.

5. The promoter is Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
