Metlifecare recognised as a ‘trusted brand’
Metlifecare has been recognised as a ‘trusted brand’ in the annual Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands awards. The Trustmark awarded was voted for by the New Zealand public – third party endorsement that adds impact and credibility. The survey is independently researched by Roy Morgan Research.
Being a trusted brand is important as research has shown that 80% of New Zealanders are more likely to buy a product or service if it has won an award, and forty percent of New Zealanders recognise Readers’ Digest Trusted Brands or the Trustmark logo.
Setting out to make a difference to the lives of residents, Metlifecare villages make them feel at home. Residents and their families love Metlifecare’s resident-directed philosophy and the relentless passion of its professional and compassionate staff to prove there’s more to come when living in a Metlifecare village.
Every Metlifecare village is designed to integrate with, and embrace, its local community. And as Metlifecare starts development of its three latest villages at Red Beach, Hobsonville and Botany, residents will be able to experience its unique urban neighbourhood village design.
Metlifecare builds unique care homes designed in the ‘homestead’ model, where residents live in small groups, with their own lounge, kitchen and dining room, with friends and family welcome to visit, and prepare family meals together.
And with more villages getting new care facilities, residents at Metlifecare villages in Bay of Plenty and Kerikeri will soon have access to the benefits of this homestead model.
