Noeline is an experienced senior nurse and senior manager having worked for more than 30 years in residential aged care. She previously held the position of Clinical Nurse Director for Residential Care and the Community Geriatric Service with Counties Manukau District Health Board and more recently, Director of Nursing at Bethesda Care. Noeline is an Honorary Teaching Fellow at the University of Auckland teaching a post-graduate paper ‘Clinical Leadership in Residential Care’ and completed her Doctorate in 2012.
Noeline has a long association with the Eden Alternative organisation. She is involved in national committees that affect the residential care sector. Through her expertise and professional activities and her involvement with the industry, she has influenced the direction of health care in the residential aged care setting. Her passion for resident wellbeing brings excellence in clinical practice and resident wellbeing to the forefront.
