Pinesong fashion show makes The Project
Pinesong residents rivalled Wellington’s World of Wearable Arts at their recent fashion show – TV show The Project even paid them a visit!
Organiser Delwyn Battersby had visited every street in the village to drum up interest among residents. Her efforts paid off with a range of colourful, creative costumes crafted from paper, material, cardboard, flowers and even supermarket bags to embody the show’s theme – The Garden.
