Longford Park wows with wearable art creations
Longford Park residents, clad in creations made from plastic plates, rubbish bags and flower pots, provided an evening of entertainment at the village’s recent wearable art show. Village residents and staff had a ball watching the creative designs make their way down the catwalk.
From playing cards to papier mâché and beer cartons, the time, talent and imagination required to build each creation was obvious. One outfit – Quilton Aquarium – used 120 toilet rolls to form the eight tentacles of an octopus!
