Raspberry and White Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
250g butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups of white sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup white chocolate bits
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Line an 18 x 28cm slice tin with baking paper
- Melt butter in microwave
- Add cocoa and sugar
- Add eggs and mix well, then add vanilla
- Sift in plain flour and baking powder
- Mix in chocolate bits and raspberries
- Pour into tin and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Let set for an hour before cutting
