Raspberry and White Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Chocolate Brownies Crestwood


Crestwood Village Kitchen Services Manager Roslyn Goodwin shares her tasty brownie recipe. Combining raspberries and chocolate, this is sure to go down a treat!


250g butter

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups of white sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup raspberries

1 cup white chocolate bits


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Line an 18 x 28cm slice tin with baking paper
  3. Melt butter in microwave
  4. Add cocoa and sugar
  5. Add eggs and mix well, then add vanilla
  6. Sift in plain flour and baking powder
  7. Mix in chocolate bits and raspberries
  8. Pour into tin and bake for 20-25 minutes
  9. Let set for an hour before cutting
