Hibiscus Coast Village’s independent living homes are architecturally designed, based on extensive research of overseas villages, but enhanced and adapted to the specific needs of New Zealanders. Make your home your own by adding your treasured furniture and personal touches. Keen gardeners can also show their flair in the gardens around their homes.
At Hibiscus Coast Village you have the option of independent living in either a traditional Kiwi-style villa, terraced unit, or contemporary apartment:
Villas and Terraced Units
These consist of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet. They are built with permanent construction materials including brick, aluminium joinery and tile roofing. The greatest care and detail has been taken in design for safety, convenience and comfort.
The Links Apartments are a modern complex spread over four floors with access-controlled basement parking spaces and lift access to each apartment floor. You have a choice of two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus study, or three bedroom accommodation options. They all include two full bathrooms, open plan living, car parking and plenty of storage space.
If you require assisted living options we also have a choice of beautiful serviced apartments. These are designed for people who value their independence but enjoy having easy access to additional care and support services.
Even for the most able retiree, there comes a time when help is needed with the basics of day-to-day living. Family members often step in to provide support, however there is always a limit to how much time can be committed and the level of care they can provide. This is where serviced apartments can provide the ideal answer.
We can provide a whole host of assisted living services that offers 24-hour support and a quality of life that you or your loved ones truly deserve. While you may be at a stage where you need a higher level of care, you can keep the spirit of independence, while your family can rest assured that you are always in safe hands and in good company.
