Choose from independent units and apartments, all architecturally designed, based on extensive research of overseas villages, but enhanced and adapted to the specific needs of New Zealanders. They consist of one or two bedroom units or apartments, built in modern construction materials including brick, aluminium joinery and tile roofing. The greatest care and detail has been taken in the design for safety, convenience and comfort.
Many residents continue their involvement in community activities outside the village, as well as joining in the many village activities. The villages also provide a safety net of support services for those who need them. Residents have absolute independence, while being able to enjoy village facilities at their leisure. Support is available if required.
