Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Orion Point Stage-1 Apartments promotion (the Promotion). Your entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

1. The Promotion is open to new residents applying for stage-1 apartments at Orion Point (participating apartments) between 1 March 2023 to 31 July 2023.

2. To qualify, you will need to apply for an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) for a participating apartment by 31 July 2023 and settle in full by 30 November 2023.

3. We will provide you with both:

• Fixed Village Fee Discount: a monthly credit equal to the full value of your Fixed Village Fees for your first 12 months following settlement in full. Offer is not redeemable for cash or transferable for any other service or discount. No refund is payable if you leave the Village during the period for which the offer applies; and
• $25,000 Cashback: A cashback of $25,000 will be shown on your settlement statement as a credit from Metlifecare. To avoid doubt, the cashback is not a discount on the purchase price of the participating apartment. If the ORA is terminated within 12 months of the settlement date for any reason, you authorise us to deduct and retain an amount equal to the cashback from any amount refundable to you under the ORA.

4. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time.

5. The Promotion is not available to existing residents of Metlifecare villages and cannot be used in connection with any other discount, offer or promotion.

6. The promoter is Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
