Terms & Conditions- Pohutukawa Landing

These terms apply to the Pohutukawa Landing Apartments promotion (the Promotion). Your entry into the Promotion and/or applying for an Occupation Right Agreement to enter into any Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

  • The Promotion is open to new residents applying for selected apartments at Pohutukawa Landing (participating apartments) between 20th September 2023 to 31st March 2024.
  • To qualify, you will need to apply for a participating apartment between 20 September 2023 and 15 December 2023 and settle in full by 31 March 2024.
  • As the Promotion requires entry into and settlement of an ORA, our usual resident criteria applies (including satisfaction of any medical conditions).
  • We will provide you with both:
    • Fixed Village Fee Discount: a monthly credit equal to 100% of the value of your village fees for your first 12 months in the village. Offer is not redeemable for cash or transferable for any other service or discount. No refund is payable if you leave the Village during the period for which the offer applies; and
    • $25,000 Cashback: a $25,000 credit applied to the capital sum payable on settlement. Offer is not a discount to the capital sum and is not redeemable for cash. Metlifecare reserves the right to retain the cashback if the ORA is cancelled during the cooling-off period or under the 90-day Money Back Guarantee (see ORA for further details).
  • Neither offer is redeemable, refundable or transferable for cash or other services.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time.
  • The Promotion is not available to existing residents of Metlifecare villages and unless otherwise stated or agreed by us, the Promotion cannot be used in connection with any other discount, offer or promotion.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, including by extending, suspending or terminating the Promotion at any time.
  • Our Privacy Policy shall apply to any personal information you submit to us in connection with the Promotion.
  • References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “Metlifecare” means Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
