Cheese Puffs
If you feel like baking up a storm, here’s a recipe for a family favourite which uses only pantry staples – perfect for a morning snack or afternoon tea. Eat some and freeze the rest in portions so you can thaw, warm and serve smothered with butter.
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Salt & Pepper
Heat oven to 190℃
Beat egg and milk
Stir in grated cheese
Add in sifted flour and baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together, tsp onto greased tray
Bake 10-15mins
Best served warm with lashings of butter
