Location

Highlands is at 49 Aberfeldy Avenue, Highland Park, Auckland 2010, in East Auckland, close to Botany.

An established, predominantly residential suburb in East Auckland, with a settled neighbourhood feel and good amenities close at hand. The Highland Park Shopping Centre is within walking distance of the village. Botany Town Centre, with its large range of shops, cinemas, and restaurants, is about 15 minutes by car. The suburb is well-connected without feeling like a through route.

Highland Park Shopping Centre is walkable from the village and covers supermarket shopping, a chemist, cafés and restaurants, and everyday retail. For larger runs, Botany Town Centre and Pakuranga Plaza are both around 15 minutes' drive. The village dining room and lounges also serve daily meals, so day-to-day needs are well within reach.

Lloyd Elsmore Park is directly opposite the village on Aviemore Drive, one of Auckland's larger parks, with a pool and leisure centre, running track, hockey fields, a skatepark, and Howick Historical Village. Half Moon Bay marina, Howick Village, and the eastern coastline are all within easy reach.

There is a bus stop at the Aviemore Drive entrance, giving direct access to the wider Auckland network. For those driving, Botany Road and the eastern motorway put the rest of the city within straightforward reach. Family and friends can meet for a meal in the village dining room a reason to visit without needing to go anywhere else.
