Terms & Conditions - Greenwich Gardens "The Look" Design Promo

These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the Greenwich Gardens –"The Look" Design Consultancy promotion (the Promotion).By entering into the Promotion and/or applying for an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) to enter into the Promotion, you are deemed to accept the Terms.

1. The Promotion is available to new residents applying for an ORA in respect of a new apartment in either the Totara or Kauri Apartment Building at Greenwich Gardens (Participating Units).
2. Applications for a Participating Unit must be submitted between 1 April 2025 and 30 June 2025 (the Promotional Period), with settlement scheduled on or before 30 September 2025.
3. The Promotion is valid only during the Promotional Period and applies exclusively to Participating Units.
4. The offer is for a one (1) hour design consultancy session provided by The Look in the Participating Unit at a mutually agreed time (the Offer). There are ten (10) Offers available.
5. The first ten (10) applicants to complete an application for a Participating Unit within the Promotional Period, and notify our Sales Executive, Anna Wilson, that they would like to accept the Offer will receive the Offer.
6. Applicants must meet our usual residency criteria, (including satisfaction of any medical conditions).
7. Metlifecare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time and without giving reasons.
8. Our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.metlifecare.co.nz/privacy-policy/ (https://www.metlifecare.co.nz/privacy-policy/) shall apply to any personal information you submit to us in connection with the Promotion and is incorporated into these terms and conditions.
9. References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “Metlifecare” means Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
