Silky smooth and rich in deep cocoa flavour, each spoonful blends creamy avocado with luscious dark chocolate for a perfectly balanced, melt-in-your-mouth treat.
Ready in just minutes, this super-easy dessert is perfect for effortless entertaining or a quick weeknight indulgence. Serve straight away or chill for an extra decadent finish.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocadoes (flesh scooped out)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 squares of Whitakers dark chocolate (melted)
- 4-5 tablespoons milk of choice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor (or blender).
- Blend until smooth and creamy (scraping down the sides when needed).
- Once fully combined, you can enjoy it immediately or pop it into individual-sized serving bowls or jars to chill in the fridge.
