Picture perfect tradition at Fairway Gardens

Fairway Gardens marked the end of 2025 with a fun new tradition – the idea of Village Manager, Dean Jackson.

It was simple but effective: an aerial group photo bringing together all residents and staff to celebrate another year of village life. Residents dressed in crisp white, while staff wore navy Metlifecare shirts, creating a striking visual contrast and a strong sense of togetherness.

As everyone gathered into position and looked skyward, there was an unexpected twist. Resident, Jim Payne, arrived dressed in his unmistakable Where's Wally? outfit, prompting plenty of laughter.

The photo captured more than just a moment – it reflected
the spirit of Fairway Gardens: inclusive, good-natured and full of personality. Thanks to Dean’s creative thinking, the end-of-year photo has now been cemented as an annual Fairway Gardens tradition.
