Refer a friend to Fairway Gardens Village and receive a 1-year golf membership or $2,000!
Your friend will receive a 2-year golf membership or $4,000.
These terms apply to the New Resident Referral Incentive promotion (the Promotion) where any existing Fairway Gardens resident (the Referring Resident) completes a referral form for a potential new resident(s) to Metlifecare (the Referred Resident) in Fairway Gardens. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.
- The promoter is Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland (Metlifecare). The Promotion is being run for new referrals of a Referred Resident to Fairway Gardens (the Participating Village).
- The Promotion commences between 13 January 2025 and ends on 30 June 2025 (the Promotional Period).
- To enter the Promotion, the Referring Resident must complete a referral form for the Referred Resident and submit it to the Village Sales Manager during the Promotional Period. The referral form must be submitted before a completed application form in respect of the Referred Resident is received by Metlifecare, otherwise it will not be recognised.
- This Promotion is open to Referred Residents who may have been previously referred to Metlifecare, so long as a new referral form is submitted during the Promotional Period.
- Only one referral form per Referred Resident will be recognised (that being the first referral form received by Metlifecare during the Promotional Period).
- Metlifecare takes its obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 seriously. Before submitting a referral form, the Referrer must ensure the Referred Resident is aware of the referral and consents to the Referring Resident providing Metlifecare with any personal information contained in the referral form and to Metlifecare contacting the Referred Resident to arrange an appointment. Any personal information submitted to us in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Metlifecare’s Privacy Policy (https://www.metlifecare.co.nz/privacy-policy/)
- For both parties to each receive their choice of reward:
- the Referring Resident must submit a valid referral form as set out above; and
- the Referred Resident must apply for and settle under an Occupation Right Agreement in respect of a unit in the Participating Village on or before 30 June 2025.
- If eligible, the Referring Resident may select one of the following incentives:
- a one year Pakuranga Golf Club membership, to the maximum value of $2,740.00, to be paid to the Pakuranga Golf Club by Metlifecare and to commence within one month of settlement of the Referred Resident’s Occupation Right Agreement; or
- $2,000 to be paid to the Referred Resident’s nominated bank account on the 25th day of the month following settlement of the Referred Resident’s Occupation Right Agreement in respect of a unit at the Participating Village.
- If eligible, the Referred Resident may select either:
- a two year Pakuranga Golf Club membership, to the maximum value of $2,740.00 per annum, to be paid to the Pakuranga Golf Club by Metlifecare and to commence within one month of settlement of the Referred Resident’s Occupation Right Agreement; or
- $4,000 to be paid to the Referred Resident’s nominated bank account on the 25th day of the month following settlement of the Referred Resident’s Occupation Right Agreement in respect of a unit at the Participating Village.
- Metlifecare reserves the right to retain the reward if the ORA is cancelled during the cooling off period or under the 90-day Money Back Guarantee (see ORA for further details).
- Metlifecare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time and without giving reasons.
