Promotion Full Terms and Conditions – Metlifecare St Andrews Village
These terms apply to Metlifecare St Andrews Village (the Promotion). Entry into the Promotion and/or applying for an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) to enter into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.
- The Promotion applies to new residents applying for an ORA for:
a) 37A Bryce Street, 103/2 or 103/3. - To qualify, you will need to apply for the Participating Unit on or after 1 April 2025 and before 30 June 2025 and settle on or before 30 September 2025 (the Promotional Period).
- The Promotion is valid only during the Promotional Period and applies exclusively to Participating Units.
- As the Promotion requires entry into and settlement of an ORA, our usual resident criteria apply (including satisfaction of any medical conditions).
- The Offer is as follows:
a) A payment of $10,000 credited towards the capital sum at settlement. - The Offer is not a discount to the capital sum and is not redeemable for cash or transferable for any other service or discount. No refund is payable if you leave the Village during the period of which the Offer applies.The Cashback will be credited to the capital sum on settlement. The Cashback may be retained by Metlifecare if the ORA is cancelled during the cooling off period or under the 90-day Money Back Guarantee (see ORA for further details).
- The Promotion is not available to existing residents of Metlifecare villages.
- This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that Metlifecare may be running concurrently, unless otherwise stated or agreed by us.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time and without giving reasons.
- Our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.metlifecare.co.nz/privacy-policy/) shall apply to any personal information you submit to us in connection with the Promotion and is incorporated into these terms and conditions.
- References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “Metlifecare” means Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
