Café Voucher Terms and Conditions – Resident Referral Programme

Metlifecare Resident Referral Café Vouchers are provided to new residents as part of the Resident Referral Programme. The vouchers are intended to encourage residents to share their village experience with friends and family by inviting them to enjoy their village café. The following Terms & Conditions apply to the issue and redemption of all Metlifecare Resident Referral Café Vouchers.

• Each café voucher is redeemable at the Metlifecare village café where the resident resides. Vouchers will be issued as either a “$25 cafe voucher for two” or a “$55 lunch for two”.
• Each café voucher is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued. The expiry date is written on the back of the voucher.
• Café vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• No change will be given if the full value of the voucher is not used.
• Any additional costs above the value of the café voucher must be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
• Metlifecare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel vouchers and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
