Independent living with additional lifestyle services

We're providing Additional Lifestyle Services into our newly developed units, over and above what you'd normally receive. The good news? They're all included in the membership fee, and there's no extra charge for you!

What's included in our Additional Lifestyle Services?

Supply of water to the Unit;
Daily morning tea served at a communal location specified by us;
Weekly afternoon tea served at a communal location specified by us;
Weekly ‘happy hour’ beverage served at a communal location specified by us;
A tailored brain health education and support programme;
Weekly Health and Wellbeing Clinic by appointment where the following services are provided by a registered or enrolled nurse:
o Blood pressure check
o Simple dressing (Resident will be charged for consumables)
o Oxygen and weight check
24/7 emergency response system;
Wi-fi in the community centre;
Village van transport to local shops as determined by us based on demand;
Reception services;
Village activity coordination; and
Weekly laundry of Resident’s bed linen and towels.

The small print

Additional Lifestyle Services are included in the Membership Fee and apply to:

All units at Wānaka Peaks, North Ridge Village, The Tides, Gulf Rise, Pōhutukawa Landing, Orion Point, Fairway Gardens and Ōtau Ridge; and
Selected units only at Greenwich Gardens, Bay Sands Village, Whangarei Park Village, Oakridge Villas, Merivale and Waitākere Gardens Village.
