Great friendships truly make our lives richer - and sometimes, in more ways than one. So, if you know someone who would love to live at one of our Metlifecare villages, simply refer them to us. All you need to do is fill in a form which you get from the village Sales Executive.

Terms & Conditions:

These terms apply to the Metlifecare Resident Referral $1,000 Incentive promotion (the Promotion). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

  1. The promoter is Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Street, Newmarket, Auckland (Metlifecare).
  2. The Promotion is being run for new referrals of potential resident(s) (Referred Resident) by an existing Metlifecare resident, community organisation or member of the public (Referrer) at any Metlifecare retirement village (excluding care homes).
  3. To enter the Promotion, the Referrer must complete a referral form for the Referred Resident and submit it to the Village Sales Executive. Only one referral form per Referred Resident will be recognised (that being the first referral form received by Metlifecare).
  4. Before submitting a referral form, the Referrer must ensure the Referred Resident is aware of the referral and contents to the Referrer providing Metlifecare with any personal information contained within the referral form and Metlifecare contacting the Referred Resident to arrange an appointment. The Referred Resident’s personal information will be used in accordance with Metlifecare’s Privacy Policy.
  5. For both parties to receive $1,000 (Reward), the Referred Resident must apply for an occupation right for a unit in a Metlifecare retirement village and settle within 12 months of their application. The Reward will be paid to each party’s nominated bank account on the 25th of the month following settlement of the Referred Resident’s Occupation Right Agreement.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion does not apply to a referral to a care home within a Participating Village.
  7. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other referral promotion that Metlifecare may be running concurrently.
  8. Metlifecare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time and without giving reasons.
