Very easy. The Hobsonville Point ferry runs to Auckland CBD in around 35 minutes, with regular services including weekends. State Highway 18 and the Upper Harbour Motorway give straightforward access to the North Shore, the city, and the wider Auckland motorway network. For families travelling from outside Auckland, Auckland Airport is around 30 to 40 minutes by car.
