Metlifecare is thrilled to have secured a site on Pukekohe Hill Reserve, offering expansive views over the township and beyond.
Development progress
We have already begun some civil works with construction of villas starting mid 2027. Opening anticipated mid 2028. | Metlifecare intends to apply for registration of Pukekohe retirement village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003, following which it intends to make offers of occupation to the public.
