Development progress
Construction on Stage 1 Villas will begin late 2026 with anticipated completion mid 2027 | Metlifecare intends to apply for registration of Pukekohe retirement village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003 in 2026, following which it intends to make offers of occupation to the public.
