Kāpiti Village

A retirement village set apart by its natural surroundings. Eighteen hectares of private woodland, walking paths, and lakes sit inside the village boundary, with native birds and wildlife resident year-round. Less than it sounds. Paraparaumu station, close to the village, is on the Kāpiti Line; trains run every 20 minutes during the day and reach Wellington in around 50 minutes. By road, it is under an hour on State Highway 1. Residents who want Wellington's galleries, waterfront, restaurants, or specialists within reach find it perfectly practical. The Kāpiti Coast itself handles most daily needs, and the city is there when you want it.
